Drawing deeply from the wells of folk horror and psychological post-natal angst, director Bergholm pits Seidi Haarla and Rupert Grint’s new parents against their hairy, howling offspring, which displays a taste for raw meat over milk. Gruesome and bloody, it’s also chock-full of self-aware humour that surely guarantees the film’s place as a future cult classic. English and Finnish Language with some English subtitles Content warning: Contains scenes of graphic violence or injury and harm towards children.
